For a worry-free arrival, we recommend sending us your flight information by email at least 24 hours before your arrival. This way, we can coordinate your pick-up efficiently. We are approximately 30 minutes from the airport, and we offer private transportation service at an additional cost for your convenience.
At Serena, we want your experience to begin the moment you start your journey to us. Our location, high in the mountains of Aguas Buenas, will take you through a beautiful route surrounded by lush vegetation and panoramic views. To fully enjoy the journey and access the property comfortably, we recommend renting a vehicle with proper traction, such as a 4×4, which will allow you to navigate the charming rural roads and make the most of the natural surroundings.
Additionally, we are available to assist you in planning activities and excursions in the area, providing transportation options within a one-hour radius from our property, with fixed rates designed for your convenience.For a smoother experience, we suggest renting from the companies located within the airport.
