Before you plan your event

How do I secure my event date?

An inquiry does not hold your date. Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been made and the necessary agreements are in place. Events require a non-refundable 50% deposit; the remaining balance is generally due 15 days before the event, unless your contract specifies otherwise.
What does the quote include?

Each proposal is tailored to your date, guest count, spaces, duration and requested services. We can explore accommodations, food, staffing, rentals and entertainment. The final details and terms are set out in your proposal and event contract.
Can I change or cancel my event?

Deposits and payments designated as non-refundable will not be returned if you cancel. Date changes are subject to approval and availability; current rates and costs already committed to vendors may apply. Any exception or credit must be confirmed in writing. Your specific event contract takes precedence.
Can I bring outside vendors?

Outside vendors, catering, food, beverages and alcohol require prior approval. Additional fees or conditions may apply. Commercial productions and shoots involving equipment must also be coordinated and approved in advance.
